Stations
specialized fabrication tools
Stations are where we house our specialized fabrication tools and machines. These tools are used for projects that involve cutting, shaping, engraving, or digitally fabricating parts and components.
Because these tools require additional safety and operational knowledge, each Station has a short Safety & Station Orientation. Once completed, you can book time and use the tools in that Station independently, to work on your own projects.

Safety & Station Orientations
Fundamental Classes - coming soon!
If you're new to the tools, equipment, hardware & software at a Station and are looking for a deeper dive, check out our Fundamentals Classes. These are longer form (2-3 hours) and include an in-class project.
Fundamental classes can be taken on their own and are great for people who are curious about new ways of making.
Each Station requires a Safety & Station Orientation before you can use any of the tools independently. These 1-hour-long sessions are hands-on and focused on safe operation, workflows, and tool usage in our shop.
Orientations are included in Monthly Memberships and can be added to Day Passes for an additional fee. Station Orientations remain valid with ongoing use. If a Station has not been used for an extended period, a refresher may be required for safety.
